Our Standards

Smart Urban Sensing work with global partners as their suppliers for electronic components such as camera boards, chips as well as manufacturing of aluminium cases and PCB manufacturing in the UK.  All the electronic boards and testing procedures are assembled in house to ensure no PCB failures. Each AI IOT-3D product is calibrated individually using robotic arms to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Smart Urban Sensing have adjusted the method of processing aluminium, which is used as the casing for all Smart Urban Sensing devices. All aluminium smelting uses hydroelectricity, not fossil fuels. Our manufacturing process reincorporates scrap aluminium, thus reducing the carbon footprint associated with the aluminium consumption of Smart Urban Sensing.

Smart Urban Sensing has developed to be highly energy efficient with minimal energy consumption. A standard counter of Smart Urban Sensing requires a power of less than 5 voltages. Additionally, the Smart Urban Sensing is highly intelligent and will enter idle mode based on the operating hour set by the user prior to installation.

Smart Urban Sensing continuously monitor the material used in the production of the people counter, as well as recycled materials. Smart Urban Sensing removes toxins found from our manufacturing and recycling process, which protects our employees and keep pollutants out of the land, air, and water.
